The Officer Personnel Policy (PPSM) is a system-wide policy, published by the Office of the President. The KKSM applies to all employees whose positions are not otherwise governed by a collective agreement. UCLA has adopted local procedures, which are published by the Offices of the Clerk and the Attorney General`s Office and apply to all units under UCLA jurisdiction.
